never had a problem before paypal shows my payment is compleated u guys okk the money from my bank and no zen......

also tryed calling the billing 8000# and no one picks up and cant leave a message cuz its full......

A GM will not contact you about this issue by any means besides submitting a support ticket or email via the support website.

Also be aware that it can take up to 24 hours for your ZEN to be credited in some cases.

As this is a Cash Shop issue, I have moved the thread to the appropriate forum.

All I do is mod the forums. I try to answer and deal with things but yeah the hamster upstairs needs to sleep. Don't poke the bear.

but i carge alot of zen never had a problem and if paypal and my bank is showing the status as compleated then that means pwe has there money.....so why dont i have mine?

If you're having issues with receiving your ZEN, submit a billing support ticket and a member of the billing team will look into your situation.
