So I wan't a clas that i could make big damage to monsters and critical hit. That could not fail alot in pvp too. And what pet is the best for that class.

Hi, I still can't figure out what class to be and I've been waiting for a hr for the download.

Help me decide? I flipped a coin between Magus and Slayer and got Slayer.
Which is the easier class to start out with? I thought about Heretic too. I don't want to be a total tank but I don't want to die right away either.

Any thoughts?

Champion: You wanna Die last
Heretic: If you wanna get invited to parties
Magus: Crowd control Mobs and Parties
Slayer: Best Single target damage
Berzerk: Damage control mobs and close quarters - better than a Magus initially at staying alive.

All classes fail in PvP when ganked. In the end it doesn't matter which class you choose, if you spend a lot of zen and upgrade your high level gears to competitive levels, any class will be good in PvP. However, most people feel that Zerk is the worst class for PvP. (I dunno - I played all classes till level 80 - but made only my Heretic to 100+).


For you:

Slayer is good. You will need a DEX pet and a VIT pet for PvP/PvE. It all depends on which opponents you are facing.

want my advice, only go for Brezker. Best Damager Also his Hp is not bad as you think, chmp yeah is a good tanker but not good as Damage's i mean at last what you want? you want a good Character that make awesome damage-good hp-also good buff's so yeah go for Brezeker.

I would say wait for the update and go for summoner class. Might be a risk, but than again summoner might be the best class. Still every class has its ups and downs which can only be seen later on after u gear up your char. Every comparison at early stage is not that valid.

At late stage any good geared class can be good both for PvE or PVP. Personally i would go with summoner. U never know what it can bring. Only downside of summoner would be gear cost. Since it will be a new class and gears would probably be a bit expensive and probably rare. On the other hand it might be the best overall class, we ll just have to wait and see.
