First Was I Purchased 150 Zen Using Boku! And It Says That The Payment Was Successful! And I Didn't Receive Any Zen...

Now I Purchased Again For The Second ****** Time!
Now Its 300zen! I Didn't Mind The First Error , I Thought It Was A Bug Or Something But I Happened

I Want This Case Be Solved And I Want My Zen If Not My Money Back!...

its been 4 or 5 months now that i cant purches ZEN im missing out on fashion and want tobuy storeage im running out of room need more space i havent been playing any of the other PWE franchise games that i play due to this peoblem..im not enjoying this at all

did you remember to transfer it to your character on a server and game?? just a thought
