the one over the weekend was to reset server clocks for daylight savings time it was not a regular maintenance

Before i say anything else, please understand that i admire and congratulate you on making a beautiful game.
As a member of a large comunity that lives in BOI world, and as a member with over 500 purchases in cash shop, i kindly ask you to please consider answering next few simple questions:

1. Is it possible that in a digital age of 21. century company as big as yours, with a profit big as yours, cannot find a way to maintain up time ?

2. Is it possible that there is no way for you to change patch policy which occurred most probably way back in a day when you worent as big as now ?

3. Does anyone in your company thinks about loss of ZEN that just might be purchased while your product is out of use ?

4. How can i introduce your game to my friends ( and anyone else ), knowing that at least once a week for few hours they wont be able to play it ?

When is the updated on the new expansion? ive started this game only lil more than a month ago, and they announced it like the 3rd day i started...its been a month already and still no info? im sure i say this not jst for myself! WE WANT THE EXPANSION! HURRY UP PLZ O.o
